From the first call until after launch you deal with the same two people. Dylan Malzach runs the call, writes the quote and stays with you until after launch. Sophian Hardouzi designs and codes your site himself. Every step has a clear point in time, and you always know where your project stands.

Dylan calls you within 24 hours of your enquiry. The call takes thirty minutes, by phone, by video or in person around Zurich. It is free and puts you under no obligation.
Quoteafter the call
You receive a written quote with a fixed price and a delivery date. Both are binding. No extra hours turn up on the invoice at the end.
Copy and imagesonce you say yes
We write the copy based on our conversation and supply suitable images. Both are included in the price. If you have your own photos of your business, we are happy to use them.
Build7 to 14 working days
Through a private link you see the current state of your site every day. We answer questions within 24 hours. Starter goes live in 7 to 10 working days, Business and Ultimate in 12 to 14.
Approvalbefore going live
Nothing goes live until you approve it. If something is not right yet, we change it until it is. You decide when the site is finished.
Launchon the agreed day
Your old site stays online until the new one is ready. The switch takes a few minutes and happens outside business hours. After that you receive every login and access.
First monththe first month
In the first month after launch we change copy and images at no extra cost. If you notice something once the site is in daily use, just call or write to us.
What the fixed price includes
The price in your quote is the final price. It covers everything a small business website needs on day one. You do not have to write copy, hunt for pictures or deal with the technology. Every package includes the following:

- Domain set-up, registered in your name
- SSL and compliance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG)

All three packages are one-off fixed prices with copy and images included. Starter at CHF 849 suits freelancers and small firms that need one strong page. Business at CHF 1'449 is built for SMEs, restaurants, coaches and trades. It adds up to 7 pages, German and English and your own editing area.
Ultimate at CHF 2'199 also covers hosting, maintenance and ongoing changes for the first year. Business plus one year of the maintenance plan costs CHF 2'649, Ultimate CHF 2'199. That saves you CHF 450. The plan itself is described on website hosting and maintenance in Switzerland.

Website for small businesses
A small business does not need a website with forty subpages. It needs a site that quickly says what you offer, where you are and how to reach you. That is the core of every website we build for small businesses in Switzerland: services, opening hours, location and enquiry. It works on a phone just as well as on a computer.

With Business and Ultimate you edit copy and images yourself after launch. We built the editing area ourselves. You make changes directly on the page, without any coding. Guard rails keep the layout from breaking, and once you save, the change is live. All five example websites are on our example websites.
Website builder, freelancer or agency?
A website builder is an affordable start if you have time and enjoy designing yourself. You pick a template, write the copy and find the images. The provider usually handles the technology and hosting. In return your site often stays tied to that platform, and moving usually means starting again.
A freelancer often works in a personal, flexible way, and you have one fixed contact. You usually supply the copy and photos yourself. Billing is often by the hour. If that one person is unavailable, the project stops. Check beforehand who will own the domain and logins at the end.
A traditional agency brings several specialists and a broad range of services. It often bills by the hour, and the launch date stays open. You usually see first drafts only after several weeks. The domain and site often stay with the agency, and every change goes through them for a fee.
WebVoyage is a small agency of two people. You get a fixed price and delivery date in writing, copy and images are included, and every login belongs to you. If you need an online shop or a booking system, another provider will serve you better. We do not offer either.
Your website belongs to you
After launch you receive every login and access. That includes the domain, the hosting account in your name and the complete code of the site. With Business and Ultimate you also get the login for the editing area. If you switch provider later, you take everything with you. No contract ties you to us. Your site is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak in Geneva.
Cleanly built from the start
Every site gets page titles, descriptions, a clear structure and fast loading. Our own site loads on mobile in under 2 seconds, with a Lighthouse performance score of 99. That makes the site easy for Google to read. How high it appears is up to Google, and that takes time.
